This car started life in a different shape.
1 point for the correct Make-Model-Year used as a base.
If someone will recognize the builder (unknow) it will worth 2 points.
This is a 'Just for Fun' puzzle, I doubt someone knows this car, so you'll be able to find it just guessing.
The point will go to the correct FULL answer, I won't lock it.
Enjoy!

It is a Lancia Flaminia by Touring, but not from 1959 and that is not the full name....

Ok you are pratically there:
This car was built starting from a Lancia Flaminia 2.8 3C Touring in 1964.
I thought it was going to last a bit more but ...you did it!
One point for you!

I would like to know too...
I can add that this car had a tuned engine, reached 224 km/h, was painted in a colour defined "green miura", the front end was alike a GT40 and the tail was "tronca" (you know what I mean..not sloping rear but cut). This car has been in Rome during its life but can't tell if it was made there.
