It is a Frua design but is neither a Monteverdi nor a Dodge.

Yes it is!
Well done!
I would have liked to have blotted out the hubcaps as they are too big a clue that it's American, but it's not really the done thing and is against the rules!

Frua made some very pretty cars in the 1960's. This is much nicer than the 1970's Frua Camaro, which looked like something that would result from a BL product mating with a DeLorean

Yes, his early Monteverdis and his Maseratis make me weak at the knees!  I went all the way to Madrid just to see his Hispano-Aleman VW-Porsche 914/6 that wowed Geneva in 1971 (it's sitting in an underground car-park with just a few km's on the odo and still belongs to Werne ben Heiderich, who commissioned it!)

The '70s Camaro (the only one you can find a decent picture of on the web) is ugly in comparison with this first version.

Very nice. But for a few minor variances, it's a dead ringer for the Challenger.

Mille grazie!

Most of Frua's Monteverdis, AC 429, BMWs etc. from the late sixties to the early seventies got very similar lines esp. in the front treatment. But I love it!

It's often been said that some cars even share parts, e.g. the doors on the AC 428 and Maserati Mistral are said to be the same.  They're not, actually, but there are strong similarities.

It was certainly a golden age for old Pietro!
