I believe it's a DAF-kini circa 1949.

What about a DAF Regenjas?

Close enough  ;D

It's actually a DAF prototype with (to my knowledge) no official model name, only the nickname "De rijdende regenjas", which means "The driving raincoat"

According to my info this prototype was develloped during WWII, and a series of 1000 of these was planned to be rpoduced after the war. It had a 125 cc two-stroke engine and the price should be hfl.350,-. Its name should be Dafke (little Daf in local dialect). Since the series was never produced Huub van Doorne (Dafs founding man) gave it as a present to a circus clown, who used the thing during many years. On the photograph in the background of the pic you can see how it looked when it was a circus attraction.

Huub van Doorne (Dafs founding man)

DAF (van Doorne Automobiel Fabriek) was founded by Huub and his brother Wim.

Dafke in Hungarian slang used to mean someone who did something though (s)he was advised not to do it, but "dafke" (just because) (s)he went ahead and did it.

I don't think it is being used these days and I also think it comes from German

This is how it has looked like in the end of the 1970´s.

Does anybody know, when it has been restored back to the original specs?
