This car is strange on a few points:

-no headrests, so probably from the early seventies
-white (almost suzuki 4x4 style) wheels
-bumpers in car color, but chrome mirrors

It's a weird mix of styling elements!

As far as I know it was a Ford proposal from Ghia. I suppoose for the Fiesta.

Ford proposal is right, but not a Fiesta (although believe it was built on a Fiesta floorpan).
It has a name - in fact I've found 2 different names for it from 2 different sources, both with one common word.

That was an internal Ford code-name for a project to develop a small car in the 1970's. Ditto project "Bobcat"
