Ok, an easy point for you!

@re

Thank you! This is the Libyan Saroukh El-Jamahiriya, or the Libyan Rocket, supposed to be "the safest car on Earth". It was, also supposedly, based on safety ideas developed by Muammar El Gaddafi. Interesting concept...

That's the car..but who did it?

@re

It was "introduced by" the Libyan-Arab Domestic Investment Co. (LADICO), but whether that means that they built it or not, I don't know. Above all, it is hailed as a National Libyan project, so the factory that is planned in order to produce this car will probably be financed by the Libyan government.

I see that the car is also sometimes referred to as the Sayarat Saroukh El-Jamahiriya, but I don't think that's a car manufacturer, I think it's just a part of the car's name, though it is missing from most of the press releases.

You are right, it is the LADICO "Sayarat Saroukh El-Jamahiriya" or the "Libyan Rocket."

Well, yes, but then again there aren't so terribly many sports cars built in exotic countries... :)
