Easy or hard?
Little is known of this car.
One point for the make and year.
Any additional information you have is welcomed.

Obscure - undoubtedly but not impossible - Rookies last chance before it's launched to the next level

You are probably correct in that a Heron Europa bodyshell was used for this car.
The most notable difference I see is the air intake on the bonnet.
Diva also used the same shell for their first competition cars.
As I mentioned I know little about the car except the builder, year and which engines were used.

Yes, Diva did use a Heron Plastics shell for their first half-dozen or so cars; Ford engined, just like the Heron Europa.

Peter Monteverdi also used the same shell for his MBM racers.  Is it one of those then?

No it's not one of Peter Monteverdi's MBMs.
I hadn't heard of this car until relatively recently.
It is British nonetheless.
