I found a German forum in which it says that the first car has the name Rallye Bitter in the registration documents. The other 10 were registered as normal Opels.

I think You get the name right. It is Kadet Aero by Bitter.
Bitter Rallye was different model based on a Manta

Yes, the most reliable source as I have a printed Bitter press release and brochure on the car using the Super Aero name.
