You're just about there and your answer is not wrong!
But for your point can you give me the exact name I am looking for?

Yours for as many hours as you need...!

Are you looking for an additional tag like: 'Roadster' or 'Dreirad-Dreisitzer'
or are you looking for one of the firms that made the car under license (although they looked by my knowledge not identical to the one on the photo): Alzmetall, Spatz-Fahrzeugbau, Bayerische Auto-Werke, Vicoria-Werke, Burgfalke-Werke

I had written it down as Spatz Victoria Sparrow, but on further checking I found that was just the heading for the whole story, and this was just the first part of the story which culminated in the Spatz Victoria Sparrow.  I realised I had misread it and 75america was in fact right that this was the original attempt (Germany's very first glassfibre car according to the story!) and was named the 200 Spatz, made by Egon Brutsch.  The heading had appeared to be a caption for the picture, but it wasn't...
