Hm it looks like an Arnolt-Bristol but I have not seen frontbumpers like that before.
But is is still an early 1950's Bertone design, right?

Well the Arnolt-Aston Martin DB2/4 Spyder Bertone LML/505 1954  designed by Scaglione, maybe

That is indeed the car, commissioned by Harold 'Wacky' Arnolt and designed by Franco Scaglione.
