OK, time to send this to the Black Hole.

Come on, people, there aren't that many cars with a configuration like this, and AP has already covered several.

Hint: The more famous make associated with this was made around the 1940s.

This car is the De Cross Cy-Car, a Cyclecar built in Cincinnati, Ohio by Powel Crosley Junior.

The puzzle image was a pre-production drawing, so here's an image of the production vehicle (along with some stats). There are few noticeable differences, the most prominent being the repositioning of the drive belt tensioners (jockey pulleys) and a lack of lower body cladding.
