What make of car was this miniature replica based on?
Who was it built for?

Well you are correct about it being a Cadillac.
I know the car that was presented to Crown Prince Olav of Norway.
However this particular one was built (or presented to) another royal personage (a long way from Norway!)
I assume the photo shows the car in London prior to being handed over.

You have one point for the identification of the make.

Ok, on further checks on this, I've found out that one car went to King Rama VI of Siam. This passed to Prince Chula.
The third an last one would having gone to Wilfred Leland Jnr in America
