I apologise - the coachbuilder is German! (and not so much of a surprise)
I had mistakenly confused it with another builder.

I'm going to award two points - one for guessing the chassis (solved by Amsterdam) and one for the coachbuilder.

The car was built by Erdmann & Rossi of Berlin, but as we obviousely have the same source I do not know more than you...
