It's a Marcadier Barzoi, a Renault-powered sports car that was offered in France from 1967. It was created by Marcel Fournier (if it is what I say it is...), and was very successful at national level in various motor sport disciplines. There was also an open 'barquette' version, the Barzoi 2 that followed in 1977 being a wedge-shaped Simca Rallye-based GT car.
