I think that it is a Aston Martin Lagonda Rapide Shooting Brake built only recently by the Carrosserie Company (UK) Ltd of Barnard Castle, County Durham during 2005/6.  The history goes back much further to David Brown of Aston Martin who commissioned Touring of Milan to produce the design sketches in the 60s but did not proceed with the project.  It is rumoured that the complete set of sketches turned up on Ebay where the current owner purchased them and commissioned the Carrosserie Company to build the car

Excellent - you obviously know the car (by the way it is Lagonda Rapide not Aston Martin Lagonda Rapide).
As requested in my post all I need now is the name of the person who commissioned it.
Locked for you until your next reply.

Ok, it took a bit of research but I believe that the man who acquired the original Touring sketches off Ebay and subsequently commissioned the Carrosserie Company to build this car was Jonathon Radgwick.

Jonathan Radgwick was the man.
Well done - one point to you.
