Hi everyone,

I didn't realise that if I removed the images from photobucket that they would not be visible in this thread.

So here are the 2 pictures, one of the exterior, and one of the interior.

It isn't something as simple as a 1949 Kaiser-Frazer Manhattan 2 Door, is it?

Hi Dynamike,

Correct - 1 point for you!

The Pinconning Special was built for the wife of one of the Kaiser factory managers inDetroit, a Mr Hunt. She had a disability, and for this reason the large sofa seat was installed. The car was named the "Pinconning Special" after the home town of Mr Hunt.

Pinconning is the cheese capital of Michigan.  Extra Sharp Pinconning cheese is a delicacy, highly recommended by yours truly.  I just so happen to have some in my fridge as I type this post.  I go through Pinconning at least once a month.

 :)

P.S. Congrats, DynaMike, on your entrance into the club of Pros here at AP.
