This is the Marland Jorgia, a neoretro produced in France by Marland between 1974 and 1977. 2CV engine, then from LN...

BTW, after Marland ceased production of both the MK 1 and MK 2 models, JLC took over the rights and made this car in Spain.
A car is for life, not just for Christmas.
