Was it made from an Oldsmobile?

It looks like a '50 or 51 Olds 98.

Sorry,it´s not GM based, but Chrysler based, although not a Chrysler or Mopar product. It´s a custom made over a Chrysler New Yorker mechanics, with Buick, Packard and special parts. It was intended to be sold in South America, but was built in USA. The car has a make and a name.

It's Harold C. Clark's car, built in 1952. He called it the Cyclonic.
