Ah, this is the Simplicity prototype, build by Dominique Delamour in Penchard (Seine-et-Marne) in 1979.

Another attempt to build a voiture sans permis with a 50 cc Motobécane engine. This prototype grabbed the attention of Raoul Teilhol, the Courpière-industrial coachbuilder already known for the Renault Rodeo and his electric microcars (Citadine, Messagette and Handicar).
