Something a bit special for my 400th puzzle, so who made this device for a point?

The car is an English Ford Zodiac Mk IV and I think that the camper top conversion might have been done by Ginetta

Well done, a well-deserved point, as this camper conversion was indeed the work of Ginetta!

The story goes that rather than hire expensive campers each time the Ginetta works team went racing, the Walklett brothers built this instead to travel around race circuits.  They planned to sell a few, but there proved to be no demand for the Ford-based conversion, so this remains a one off.

Below is another image with the Ginetta logos quite obvious.
