I know there was some "tractors" made in either Switzerland, or Austria, that looked close too this. Still this almost look like a homemade vehicle, based upon a M274.
It's not a 274 if consider wheels, and engine.
So I'm going too ask if it is made in Switzerland?

The question was is it Southern European, which it isn't. However, it is European, but not from the South, so it's not a Gurgle.
