It is a Ceres three wheeler manufactured by Creative Cars Corporation (EEUU) year 1983 . Fiberglass body with a 0.18 coefficent of drag. Dahiatsu 3 cyl  engine 993cc that achieve 55 bph. Top speed 90 mph.

You could also add that Creative Cars are in Rockford, Indiana.
