You have already featured a product from French company, Marland. Could this be their fiberglass bodied, Renault-based sportscar from the early 1970s?

No it's not a Marland, bit it is very nice to have you on board Mr Negyesi, from a distant friend. I'm surprised you hadn't discovered AutoPuzzles already!

you're making it not easy... that's the 2nd car I found from France with those type hinges. Apparently more common then I thought and apparently a lot of people were making similar looking sports car in the 70's (it looks Alpine, CG, BSH-like)

There are a couple more French sportscars that used these door hinges as well, but that's for me to know and for you to find out

Is it a one-off, or were there more cars built?

It is a handsome car, but the side window operation looks unresolved.
Is that a Super Beetle windshield?

It seems to have a rear swing axle setup (or a really bent rear suspension
) , which makes me believe that the engine is in the rear
