Now I'm a bit confused. You might look for "homemade".
From what I know, this is a homemade conversion based on the truck GAZ 66. They used a lot of the parts from the truck, like the whole windshieldframe, and chassis. They looked a lot on the american version when building it. On Youtube You might find simular vehicle in Chechenya, but I think that is the prototype for the GAZ Tiger, or original Hummers.
On the "Partizan", they have mounted suicide doors in the rear,  they are also from the truck, as all doors are the same.

I know it is made in a barn in Estonia. I have the link showing the production lineup, but I'm unshure if it is proper to put it here.
I also have the  Partizan car homepage.  It tells there are made three cars. The one in the quiz is No.1, but that is production number 1, not the name. No. 2 is sold, and No.3 are finished and ready for sale.
In the text they call it Partizan "Hummer H1".
In another webpage it starts with "Baasil", but I can not find that name in theire own webpage.

So if there is another name for it, I don't know it, and I don't belive the makers know it either.
