It looks as though this might be an event in Italy - Targa Florio, Mugello, etc.
I haven't found the car yet but is it Italian?

I´m very sure neither the car nor the racetrack are italian.

The streamlining was not really consequent and it looks odd and indecisive from every perspective.

But that makes it even more interesting today...
