not that I know the answer - but shouldn't you move this to the experts section...
Oh, thanks!
Is this a Gepard-NSU? It was a small glassfibre-bodied, NSU TT-based sports car that was shown at the 1969 Essen Motor Show. Its designer, Helmut Kretzschman, also made a series of sports-racing cars.
No sorry!
The Gepard NSU was already posted here:

Oops! I'm intrigued!
Erm, a second stab... Is this the 1967 Martini 1600RS (also known as the 1600 GT) designed and built by BMW tuner Willi Martini?

Hey, you're good!
It's indeed the BMW engined Martini 1600 RS! We had the Martini Glas 1300 RS before, but this time it was the even less known later Martini car with a slightly different body and a more powerful engine. However it wasn't successful either.
The Martini BMW 1600 RS is in fact the heavily modified Martini Glas 1300 RS (http://www.autopuzzles.com/forum/2009-37/sovled-pj3-martini-glas-rs/).
Probably the first (rather ugly) version of the car. Guess BMW did not allow to wear the BMW "kidney" so they had to modify it.
