I have a source that says there was a Turbo made in Switzerland from 1920-21 and a (related) Turbo made in Germany from 1923-24. Assuming that information is correct, this is an example of the latter, right?

Yes, that's correct. It was the company of the same entrepreneur which later moved to Stuttgart/Germany.
I don't have any knowledge of the Swiss made cars
