This looks like the Mazda Luce designed by Bertone. Displayed at the Tokyo Show in 1963 it was intended for production in 1000 and 1500 cc versions. Production version ended up a lot different (and better) than this model.JR

I still think my first answer is correct. This model is sometimes referred to as just Mazda 1000 but at the 1963 Tokyo Show it was clearly (big number plate in English) promoted as the Mazda Luce. JR
