You see, it wasn't that difficult. Congratulations, you earned a well deserved point!

Back in 1971 Ekkehard Zimmermann created this "Studie 2" prototype with a 2000 cc VW engine and plastic body. A small-series run was planned, priced between DM18000 and DM 20000 but it did not happen.
However in a later interview he said that he received so many compliments that he set up DP - Design and Plastic.

I was always under the mpression that dp Motorsport simply makes bodykits for Porsches and has nothing to do with "real" tuning, let alone racing competition. Then again, German cars have never been my strong point ;)
It's not denial, I'm just very selective about the reality I accept.
