This was a mid 1970s (?) Ghia concept for Ford, which could be converted into a coupe, convertible or pickup according to your mood!
Trouble is, I can't remember what it was called...

Prima it was called!
It is from 1976 and could be converted into a wagon, a pickup, a notchback or the pictured fastback coupe!
Think it was Fiesta-based.
