Strada kitcar from Strada Cars Ltd, Saxmunden (Suffolk) GB.
I thought it was based on Ford technics.

This car actually a model name: Strada 4/88
It was powered by a 1600cc Ford engine.

Here's a factory brochure; sorry about the quality.
It was made in Saxmundham, Suffolk - just to get the spelling right!
The original puzzle car was photographed in nearby Aldeburgh, where they hold the music festival (it's where Benjamin Britten lived) and the work of art is a Henry Moore in the sculpture park there.

The correct heading title for this car should be 'Strada 4/88' with 4/88 being the model name. The Strada was sold as a complete turn-key car only, and was never sold as a kit car.
