Yes, it's a Carat Albatross, which is a Sbarro Bi-Turbo refurbished by the Belgian company Carat by Duchatelet. Considering that Sbarro Bi-Turbo was an evolution of Sbarro Sahin, which itself was a heavily modified Mercedes-Benz 500 SEC, one can say that this car has a rather complicated family tree.
