She is connected with NASCAR indeed, but never drove in a true NASCAR race, as I understand.

So was she one of 13 women who drove in 1941 race, which, according to what I have, was considered an 'exhibition'?

Or is she Mildred Williams, Sara Christian's sister? I've read that she was invited to race in ~~1949~~. Pardon, in 1948. Having in mind that NASCAR has started in 1949 AFAIK, that is why she possibly didn't take part in any true NASCAR race?

No. She won a race (second picture), and not a NASCAR race, on what she says was a NASCAR race track.
But she has another connection with historic NASCAR.
