It is indeed!
Incidentally, Mr Collier also made a bizarre microcar with five wheels, three in front and two at the back. Only one of the front wheels (the centre one) actually touched the ground; the outer pair were there to make the car look like a four-wheeler!

No but there was an item in my local newspaper yesterday about some guy with a Reliant Robin who's getting increasingly cross because the kids push it over as they walk past it (a la Clarkson apparently!)
