Not sure if the body was built in-house by the company concerned, or if it was farmed out, but it's the marque name I'm after.
No Singer or Sunbeam connection that I'm aware of ...

Could it be something to do with Triumph?
Wheelbase looks distinctly Spitfire and that bonnet looks a bit Triumph-ish too, the way it opens..
