Looks like it could be motorbike based - the rear seat design is "interesting" and it looks very unstable.

Is it just a prototype or did it make production in some form...

This is the (now discarded) prototype Narrow. Had a BMW 'Flying Brick' engine. The creator Roy is now working on a much more attractive tilting trike, the Narrow Streets, with scooter mechnicals
