This one is not so hard. Name is not Brazilian. The name is very, very close to a type of vehicle which was particularly popular in the US in the late 1940s

Yes, this is the Woody Sport, built in Rio de Janeiro in the early 1970s, powered by the ubiquitous VW Beetle engine
