I found another period pic, that we all love...
The article says that this car had a Conrero-tuned Dauphine engine, 998cc 95hp and it's called Boudot-Conrero.

As you can see, the drawing it signed by Paolo Martin who back then worked for the Studio Torino Giovanni Michelotti.

One of my sources mentions that it is a reduced Alfa Romeo Giulietta engine, but until know, there is no one who can confirms this...
Is there anywhere a real proof that this car has a connection with Alpine?

The article from Motor that you posted reports the same, under the pic of the engine: "...a 998cc, 95hp engine tuned by Boudot-Conrero".

At Michelotti site this has name AR Roger Boudot

The engine is a Boudot.  The word "DINAMIC" is almost legible on the right cam cover, which I have seen on other pictures of the Boudot engine. 

It closely resembles the Boudot engine in the back of this 4CV
