'56 Crown Victoria Custom with 430 cu in Lincoln V8, built and owned by Brooks Stevens.

OK, I thought he built the car for himself but seems not, although it was in his ownership.
Unfortunately the blog from where you might have obtained your puzzle photo seems to have been removed, so info is not readily available.

It seems however that the car was designed by Brooks Stevens and built by Stevens Studio for Brooks Stevens's son.

More than that I cannot add!

I can see that while it's mostly a '56 Crown Victoria, the pieces added are grille of a '56 Meteor, which a lot of have ended up on the related Fords, tail lights of the '60 Chrysler and the front bumper is probably from the rear of a '59 Buick.
