Cimbria SS from Sterling Kit Cars?

EDIT: Original Cimbria was 1975, Cimbria SS was 1978, but as SKC says "Nobody knows the exact dates". ;)

EDIT2: Now I think it might be the 1985 Sterling Bernardi, derivative of Cimbria SS.

You last edit was partially correct in that this is a Bernardi.
The design seems to have been passed around/sold on and made by various companies with different power sources.
So this one is not an Eagle or a Cimbria!
Who made this particular car which is therefore known as a **** Bernardi?
(The number of asterisks doesn't represent the number of characters in the name!)
