It looks like a Ghia design. It's got several elements of what they did for Chrysler, both in the 1950's and 1960's.

The sketch style looks pretty much like Raymond Loewy's.

It's a Carl Renner 1955 Corvette concept.

EDIT: ... but I think that 1958 would be a more likely date. I have another one of him for 1958, quite the same style. Yet, Renner was working on the Corvette from 1952 on (at a time where it was known as "Project Opel"), and is credited by Chuck Jordan of a decisive influence on the initial design.

The sketch obviousely dates from 1955. And it's a "XP 100"

You're quite right about 1955. I hadn't tried to find a larger picture to check the date.

XP-something is, I believe, the code name given to any Corvette project, like XP64 for the 1957 Corvette SS, the 1958 XP-700, or the 1961 XP-755 Mako Shark.
