To my knowledge, no. This car was owned by a very well-know individual of many talents, but 'rock star' was not among them.

A 1910 Stevens Duryea model Y. The place should be around Mars Hill, Arizona. I can't find who built it.
Here with William Lowell Putnam (his great nephew) at the wheel.

With the generous clues given throughout this thread, I was surprised it proved so difficult.
