I'm pretty sure this is the Deja Vu (apologies for lack of accents) that debuted at the 1988 Newark Kit Car Show. It was conceived by Lomax Motor Company principal Nigel Whall and designed by Ken Hadley. Around 30 of these 2CV-based utility vehicles were made to 1992, some being built up from kits for overseas' car hire firms by Macclesfield-based JP Engineering.
