That´s the Caçador de Estrelas (Star Fighter), a project of the Romenian Bica Votnamis intended to run the Brazilian Mille Miglia 1966. You can find more info on my website (still under contruction). This car was equipped with a Corvette engine that produced around 450HP but was not allowed to compete due to safety reasons.
