It (and especially its wheels) looks rather small, and the wheels would match with a Crosley. Is that right?

A little clue: family name of the builder (who was from Indiana) is the same as a Hungarian family which makes various wafers (lemon, cocoa, coconut etc.) since the 1950s

Crosley-based fiberglass sports car, seen here at the Indianapolis car show, was built by W.J. Ziegler of Speedway City, Indiana
