It's the "Contour" built around Kawasaki mechanicals.

"Aimed at the race and trackday market, the car is the handiwork of David Dawson, a man with a serious automotive pedigree, including work on the Bentley Continental GT and also Lola. Underpinned by a fully triangulated spaceframe the Contour is designed around Kawasaki bike power either ZX-10, ZX-12 or ZZR1400, and the works effort was driven with some success by Paul Rogers in Class A of the 750 MC’s RGB Championship last season. Packages start at £18,000 for a rolling chassis package requiring engine and a few other parts to complete, rising to £27,000 for a fully built example."

Your picture was taken at this year's Autosport Show in January, where the Contour was displayed. You can see the publicity leaflets which I took my photo from laying on the car.
