OK, it appears that the Bertone across the nose was not sufficiently blanked out so ...... Is it a Bertone study for a "city" single passenger electric vehicle possibly for Ford (3 bar grill)?

Wow - my eyesight is really deteriorating - I didn't see the lettering. Not electric, and not built for Ford. Otherwise correct.

2002 Bertone Slim
In-line two-seater city car concept powered by a 19bhp 500cc 2-cylinder engine.
Apparently it was inspired by the Messerschmidt bubble cars of the fifties
