There seems to be no consensus over the car's name - Arvind vs. Aravind. However, on the above photo (in unmodified version) there's clearly written ARAVIND.

The only info I found so far is that it was made in Trivandrum, Kerala in 1967.

Apparently two were made, the engine was from Fiat 1100 (or more probably Premier Padmini, which appeared in 1967 exactly).

Surely "Aravind" is correct as that's what it says on the leading edge of the bonnet (see picture below), although it was captioned "Arvind".  But you can't argue with what it says on the car itself?!

An "Aravind" has been puzzled here elsewhere, but it's the other one.
