This other one has same marque, different model, same designer, same coachbuilder...different pourpose....

I would say that this is a Delahaye 135 with a body by Beaublat.
A  car advertising the Kleber-Colombes tires in the bicycle "Tour de France".

You are right! My source reports that is a type 145 and the second a type 135, but I don't think there is a v12 in there.....
