Its a Turbonique Go Kart.

I think that is the one that was owned by Jack McClure.

This Go-Kart, on the other hand, is indeed Jack McClure's Go-Kart, powered by twin Turbonique t-16 jets. This car used 400 lbs of thrust to go 152 MPH in the quarter mile. .
