Who can tell me some facts about this vehicle?

Nobody interested in this vehicle with the strange wheel pattern?

It's a Morgan cyclecar from Germany. Made in Berlin, 1924-1925. Powered by a 500 cc two-cylinder engine

This is indeed a german Morgan from Berlin!
